	Patient Data Forms Every week, each patient's weight, behavioral and other data are recorded and evaluated here according to the clinic's therapeutic criteria.
	Enrollment Tracking Report This report lists all new enrollees to each of IHM's programs and indicates each patient's progress through the various preliminary activities.
	Group Data Spreadsheet Report The Group Data Spreadsheet compiles statistics over a date range regarding the progress of the members of a selected weight loss class.
