St. Joseph Center

I was asked to design a Microsoft Access-based database system to gather, maintain and analyze government-required statistics regarding attendance at the St. Joseph Homeless Day Center. This system is also used for intake of clients and day-to-day administration of services such as reservations for meals, showers and laundry.*

St. Joseph Center Check-in Form
This form is used to record arriving clients and the services they utilize.  It is likely to be used by volunteers who may never have seen it before, so it is designed to be more or less self-explanatory.
Bread & Roses restaurant check-in
Designed to be used by untrained volunteers, the form guides the user through the process of registering arrivals, with and without reservations, at the Bread and Roses Restaurant.
Service Utilization Report
A day-by-day breakdown of how many clients used which services over a selected date range.*
Demographics Report
St. Joseph Center attendance broken down by sex, ethnicity and age over a selected date range.*

*All data displayed is fictitious.
