I converted what had been a static on-line list of psychologists and psychiatrists to dynamic Active Server Pages with an Access database that enabled quick and easy searches and updates, and included an online application where mental health professionals could add themselves to the database.  Please feel free to visit this on-line database application at www.PsychSites.com.

	Interactive Search Form Visitors to the site can use this form to search for mental health professionals by their locations, specialties, languages spoken and professional designation using a simple, intuitive interface.
	Psychologist/Psychiatrist Detail Each professional listed on the site is provided a personal home page displaying address and contact information, specialties, and, optionally, a photograph and a personal statement.  The home page may also include one or more links to other web pages of the professional's choosing.
	On-Line Application Form The application form provides all the information necessary to create a new entry, or change an existing entry, in the PsychSites database.  Upon submission, emails are automatically sent to the applicant and to the site manager for confirmation and subsequent inclusion on the site.
